Overview
A non-profit humanitarian organization invites sealed bids from interested individuals, firms and organizations to purchase four vehicles through a competitive auction process.
Vehicles Available for Auction
- Lot 1: Toyota Corolla Altis Grande CVT, model 2024 (02 units). Vehicle locations: Islamabad and Karachi.
- Lot 2: Toyota Fortuner GR-S Diesel, model 2024 (01 unit). Vehicle location: Islamabad.
- Lot 3: Toyota Hilux Revo G MT Diesel, model 2024 (01 unit). Vehicle location: Karachi.
The notice states: “Registration: Islamabad Registered January 2025” and “Token Taxes: Cleared up to June 2027.”
Important Details
- Vehicles will be sold on an “As Is, Where Is” basis.
- Inspections may be arranged by prior appointment from 31 August 2026 to 11 September 2026, during office hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Each sealed bid must include bid security equal to 10% of the offered bid amount, provided as a Pay Order, Bank Draft or Banker’s Cheque.
How to Submit a Bid
Completed bids must reach the relevant office in Islamabad or Karachi on or before 14 September 2026 during office hours. Bid forms, auction details, inspection arrangements and further information are available by emailing rfgs@crs.org.
