Minimum Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must hold:

  • A Foreign or Local LLM, or be a Barrister-at-Law or Solicitor

  • At least seven (7) years of legal experience in Pakistan or abroad in the public or private sector

  • Expertise in drafting or reviewing Conventions, Agreements, MOUs, Contracts, and other legal documents

  • A solid understanding of International Law

  • Skills in rendering legal opinions on policy and regulatory matters

  • Proven experience in legislative drafting

  • Experience in the public sector
