Sindh Rural Support Organization (SRSO) NGO is inviting applications from experienced and qualified professionals for the position of Chief Internal Auditor (CIA) at its Head Office in Sukkur. This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive monthly salary of PKR 300,000, offered on a 1-year contract basis, extendable based on performance.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Professional Qualification: CA, CMA, ACCA, or CIA. Must be a member of ICAP, ICMAP, ACCA, or IIA.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of post-qualification experience in internal auditing, compliance, financial management, or risk management. Preference will be given to candidates with donor-funded or multi-sectoral project experience and those with prior experience as Head of Internal Audit in Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a risk-based internal audit plan.
- Assess organizational risk, governance frameworks, and controls.
- Present audit findings and recommendations to the BAC and senior management.
- Ensure compliance with donor requirements, internal policies, and regulatory standards.
- Supervise and lead the internal audit team.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong analytical and auditing skills.
- Proficiency in ERP and audit software tools.
- Excellent communication and report writing skills.
- Leadership capabilities and team management experience.
Age Limit:
- Candidates must be under 55 years of age.
