Position Details

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver quality education to out-of-school children
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment
- Prepare lesson plans and maintain student records
- Use activity-based learning techniques to engage students
- Monitor student progress and report to the ALP coordinator
Requirements
- FSC with 2 years of teaching experience, or
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of experience
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Passion for education and community engagement
- Ability to teach in multi-grade classrooms
Preferred Skills
- Training in child-centered or accelerated learning methods
- Familiarity with non-formal education systems
- Experience working in underserved communities
- Residency in or near Burma Town (preferred)
