Qualification Required:

Experience Required: - Minimum 3 years of experience in administration and finance, ideally within the health NGO or development sector
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and monitor project budgets, ensuring expenses align with approved lines
- Coordinate procurement activities to comply with procurement policies
- Provide logistical support including travel, accommodation, and field staff coordination
- Manage daily operations such as scheduling and supply management
- Ensure proper financial documentation and compliance with donor policies
Skills Required:
- Strong budgeting, reporting, and procurement skills
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel)
- Knowledge of donor regulations and compliance standards
- Willingness to travel for project oversight and financial reviews
