PUBLIC NOTICE
It is being notified for the information of general public as well as to all concerned that in the areas of Cantonment Board Manora, numerous buildings are found in dilapidated and ruinous state, so far, hence declared dangerous which particularly during the upcoming monsoon would cause loss to the lives and properties of the persons residing or passing by or working in the neighborhood. Detail of dilapidated buildings is as under:-

All concerned lessees/occupants/owners/tenants of above mentioned buildings are hereby required to vacate/demolish the same immediately in order to avoid any mishap and loss to human life and property. It is made clear that failing compliance, legal action under the provision of Cantonment Act, 1924 (II of 1924) shall be taken against the offenders at their own risk and cost without any further notice. The Cantonment Board Manora shall not be responsible for any human or property loss due to collapse of any such dilapidated/dangerous structure and shall not accept any claim whatsoever on any pretext.
In this regard, it is necessitated that the concerned lessees/ occupants/ owners/ tenants of above mentioned buildings shall approach Structural Engineer/Firm duly registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category in order to inspect the aforesaid dilapidated buildings at their own expenses and stability reports issued in this regard also be submitted in this office immediately without any delay as the matter is of serious nature.
