PUBLIC NOTICE
General Public, specially Owners / Residents / Occupants of “Declared Dangerous Buildings” are hereby informed that Sindh Building Control Authority’s (SBCA’s) Technical Committee on Dangerous Buildings after detailed inspection has declared 749 Buildings as “Dangerous” in different Districts of Sindh, which are unsafe for human habitation.
In the wake of weather alert and upcoming monsoon in order to protect precious human lives, Owners / Residents / Occupants of declared dangerous buildings are hereby once again advised to vacate these buildings immediately to avoid any untoward incident. Those who do not vacate and still continue to reside in these buildings will solely be responsible for any loss to life & property.
Furthermore, General Public is also advised to inform SBCA of any Dangerous Building existing in their surroundings and avoid any residential / commercial activity in or around these buildings, during the rainy season.
For damaged structures or substandard buildings, submit a written application to SBCA office or complaint via www.sbca.gos.pk. You can also lodge your complaint via SCRM mobile app. or by walk in at SBCA Complaint Centre, for any incident, report to the Rain Emergency Center 24/7 at 021-99232355.
