Eligibility Criteria
Education:

Minimum Graduation (HEC-recognized institution).

Master’s degree holders will be preferred.
Experience:
-
Minimum 5 years in branch banking, including 2 years as Branch Manager or 3 years as Branch Operation Manager/Relationship Manager.

Women on a career break (up to 3 years) are encouraged to apply.
Skills & Expertise:

Strong knowledge of branch banking, compliance (AML-CFT, SBP regulations), and audit management.

Excellent leadership, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability in customer service, business development, and team management.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee branch operations, sales targets, and customer service excellence.

Drive deposit generation, retail banking products (Conventional & Alternaad), and wealth management.

Ensure compliance with banking laws, AML policies, and audit requirements.

Foster a high-performance culture and mentor branch staff.
