📋 Key Eligibility Criteria

Educational Requirements:

Minimum graduation from an HEC-recognized institution.

Preference will be given to candidates with a Master’s degree and/or relevant professional certifications.
Experience:

At least 3 years of banking experience.

A minimum of 2 years must be in credit administration and/or credit operations.
Required Skills and Knowledge:

Strong understanding of credit documentation, pledge operations, and SME portfolios.

Familiarity with collateral and risk monitoring processes.

Proficiency in MS Office.

Strong team management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
🛠️ Responsibilities
The CAD Officer will play a pivotal role in:

Scrutinizing sanction advices and legal documentation.

Managing registration of charges with SECP and liaising with revenue offices.

Ensuring title verification, legal enforceability, and completeness of financial documentation.

Preparing disbursement and documentation checklists for structured finance accounts.

Maintaining security documents and insurance records.

Coordinating with legal advisors and ensuring policy compliance.
