TENDER NOTICE
Sealed Tenders are invited from reputed Registered Government Firms/Dealers/Suppliers/Contractors for repair/maintenance and supply of spare parts for (two/four wheeler Vehicles, stationery and Misc Items in respect of SPU for the financial year, 2025-26:-
TERMS & CONDITIONS:-

Sealed tenders may be submitted on following date to the undersigned, which will be opened on the same day in presence of the Contractors/ Suppliers or their authorized representatives at SPU HQ Skawar Gilgit:-

Contractors/Suppliers have complete set up (own shop/workshop), technical experts/staffs vast and past experience with documentary evidence).

The Contractor/Suppliers must be sole proprietor having his own complete setup (shop or workshop) containing adequate supplies in Gilgit-Baltistan and he will be bound to supply demanded Items at the SPU HQ Skawar Gilgit.

The bid should be accompanied with a call deposit (with technical bid) as mentioned above.

The bid Security / call deposit in shape of Bank Draft/Pay Order by a scheduled bank in the name of SP SPU HQ Skawar Gilgit may be attached with the bidding/tender documents. Tender without call deposit from a scheduled bank, will not be accepted.

The bidding documents of only registered firms/ dealers/suppliers/contractors shall be entertained.

The rates of Items if not covered in the “Prescribed Form” will be determined in accordance with the prevalent retail price in the open market at the time of supply.

All kind of taxes applicable (If any) will be inclusive in the bid price and borne by the flans/dealers/supplier/contractors.

Conditional, ambiguous & Incomplete bids shall not be accepted.

Bank statement for last 01 year, 05 years work experience in relevant field and registration certificate must be attached with bidding documents duly attested.

Tender committee reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals in the line with rule-36 of GB PPRA rules-2022.

The interested firms are informed to collect the biding documents from the office of the SP SPU GB, on written request on the firm’s letter head on any working day during .office hours, latest by one day before the opening of bids for Rs.4000/-(non refundable).
