Project Overview
Under the “Introduction of Innovative Climate Risk Financing Solutions in Pakistan (CRF)” project, GIZ Pakistan focuses on empowering Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and aggregators. The project’s key objectives include:

Enhancing access to financial protection instruments for climate risks.

Building business management skills for MSMEs, with a special emphasis on women-led enterprises.

Strengthening supply chains by enabling off-takers to invest in climate resilience.

Who Can Apply?
GIZ invites registered firms and institutions with proven expertise in agricultural value chains and climate risk management to submit their EOIs. Minimum eligibility criteria include:

Legal Entity: Registration in Pakistan for at least 5 years, with a corporate/sub-office in Lahore.

Tax Compliance: Active NTN and Sales Tax registration.

Relevant Experience:

At least 3 past assignments in business management training for agricultural value chains.

At least 2 past assignments in climate/disaster risk management for agriculture.

Financial Stability: Audited financial statements for the last 3 years, with a minimum turnover of PKR 85 million.

Clean Record: No blacklisting by public/private organizations or donor-funded programs.
