PCB is inviting applications for the role of Domestic/High Performance Cricket Coaches to contribute to its domestic and high-performance center cricket programs. About the Role:
The selected coaches will provide professional cricket coaching services which include:
- Game planning and strategic preparation (Pre and Post Tournaments)
- Evaluation and enhancement of performance
- Facilitating team excellence and individual skill development
- Building sustainable team culture in alignment with international cricket standards
Required Education & Experience:
- Minimum PCB Level I Accreditation (or equivalent) with at least 10 first-class matches
- PCB Level II or above, Former Test/International Cricketers/First-Class players will be preferred
- Minimum 3 years of coaching experience
- Understanding of talent identification and development
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Projects)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct individual and team practices, training sessions, and matches
- Evaluate and track players’ fitness and physical needs
- Conduct effectiveness surveys of coaching programs
- Implement strategies for team and individual improvement

- Strong stakeholder and team management capabilities
