Flow Petroleum is seeking an experienced Operation Executive to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for professionals with expertise in oil accounting and supply chain management within the Oil Marketing Company (OMC) industry.
Job Description:

Manage oil accounting and coordinate with Host OMCs (KHT-PO, BE-PQ, FTL-PO) for product upliftment

Perform stock reconciliation and manage stock at host locations

Handle SAP invoicing and maintain stock balance in SAP

Coordinate with supply and logistics teams for smooth operations and timely arrangements

Develop operational Excel sheets (proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

Liaise with PIN for daily product upliftment

Demonstrate strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills
Qualifications & Requirements:

MBA or Graduation in Supply Chain

3-5 years of experience in the OMC industry (OMC-related experience preferred)
