AUCTION/DISPOSAL NOTICE

The Utility Stores Corporation of Pakistan (USCP), Ministry of Industries & Production, intends to auction Pulses/Rice/Utility Brand Spices/Polythene Bags & USC Own Brand Household items etc., on the basis of “as it is where it is”, details of which are available in the Tender Documents.

Key Auction Details:

1. Auction Date & Time:

   • 29-07-2025 at 12:30 PM

   • Venue: As per regional addresses above.

   • Bidders/Authorized Representatives may attend.

2. Eligibility:

   • Open to all Pakistani citizens (NADRA ID required).

   • Exclusions:

     • Government employees.

     • Defaulters of any Government department.

   • Companies may participate via authorized representatives.

3. Security Deposit:

   • Rs. 1,000,000/- (Demand Draft/Pay Order in favor of Utility Stores Corporation of Pakistan Pvt Ltd).

   • Refundable for all except the highest bidder.

4. Documentation Required:

   • Prescribed offer form + CNIC copy.

   • Stamp paper certificate (Rs. 100/-) declaring:

     • Non-government employment.

     • No outstanding dues to Government departments.

5. Taxes & Logistics:

   • All applicable taxes to be paid by the successful bidder.

   • Collection deadline: 10 days post-auction at designated locations.
