🔹 Eligibility Criteria
Educational Requirement:

Matriculation or equivalent.
Testing Requirement:

Must have passed the General Screening Test (Matriculation category) conducted by Sukkur IBA Testing Service (STS) with at least 40% marks.

STS certificate is mandatory.
Age Limit:
-
18 to 30 years (as on closing date).

Age relaxation will be granted as per Sindh Civil Servants Relaxation of Upper Age Limit Rules, 2024.
Experience:

Minimum 6 months’ relevant experience.
Required Skills:

Good communication and call-handling skills

Ability to manage incoming/outgoing calls

Maintain phone logs and directory
-
Report faults in communication lines/equipment

Basic computer literacy
