Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Minimum requirement is graduation. Preference will be given to candidates with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Sciences from an HEC-recognized or reputable foreign university (with equivalency certificate).
- Experience: Minimum 15 years in Information Technology and/or Digital Transformation, with at least 5 years in senior-level roles in the banking or financial services industry.
- Certifications: Professionals with PMP, CISA, CISM, CISSP, ITIL, TOGAF, COBIT or other relevant certifications will have an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement a comprehensive IT and digital strategy aligned with the Bank’s long-term vision.
- Monitor and leverage emerging digital trends and innovations to boost competitive edge.
- Oversee digital banking services including mobile banking, open APIs, digital wallets, and payment solutions.
- Ensure compliance with regulations from State Bank of Pakistan, including cybersecurity and data protection standards (ISO 27001, PCI DSS).
- Integrate advanced technology to enhance customer service and banking efficiency.
- Lead all IT and digital transformation efforts assigned by management.
