They are inviting applications for the position of Head – Training & Development Division at their Head Office in Peshawar. Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: Graduation is the minimum requirement. Preference will be given to candidates with a Master’s degree in Business Administration, HR Management, Human Resource Development, or related fields. Foreign degrees must have an equivalency certificate from HEC Pakistan.
  • Certifications: Additional HR certifications like SHRM, SHRM-CP, CHRM, CHRP will be considered a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum 8 years in HR/Training & Development with at least 3 years at the mid-senior level, preferably in the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement annual training plans and budgets.
  • Deliver high-quality executive coaching and learning programs.
  • Update and maintain training content as per latest standards.
  • Introduce E-Learning initiatives and technology-based training.
  • Oversee employee engagement activities and events.
  • Measure and report Return on Training Investment (ROTI).
  • Develop in-house training manuals and materials.
  • Review training tests with subject matter specialists.
