Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Graduation is the minimum requirement. Preference will be given to candidates with a Master’s degree in Business Administration, HR Management, Human Resource Development, or related fields. Foreign degrees must have an equivalency certificate from HEC Pakistan.
- Certifications: Additional HR certifications like SHRM, SHRM-CP, CHRM, CHRP will be considered a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years in HR/Training & Development with at least 3 years at the mid-senior level, preferably in the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement annual training plans and budgets.
- Deliver high-quality executive coaching and learning programs.
- Update and maintain training content as per latest standards.
- Introduce E-Learning initiatives and technology-based training.
- Oversee employee engagement activities and events.
- Measure and report Return on Training Investment (ROTI).
- Develop in-house training manuals and materials.
- Review training tests with subject matter specialists.
