Key Responsibilities

Proactively contact debtors via calls, emails, and field visits to recover overdue payments

Negotiate customized repayment plans while maintaining positive customer relationships

Manage delinquent accounts portfolio to minimize non-performing loans

Ensure strict compliance with banking regulations and collection laws

Resolve billing disputes and provide exceptional payment-related support

Maintain meticulous records of all collection activities and communications

Collaborate with legal and customer service teams on complex recovery cases

Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets
Eligibility Requirements
✔ Education: Bachelor’s degree from HEC-recognized institution
✔ Age Limit: Maximum 35 years (as of July 29, 2025)
✔ Experience: Prior banking/financial experience preferred (collection/recovery specialists encouraged to apply)
