Position: Officer Field Collections (One Year Renewable Contract)
Location: Countrywide
Job Summary & Major Responsibilities:

Contact debtors via calls, emails, and visits to recover overdue payments.

Negotiate payment arrangements and settlement plans to ensure timely debt recovery.

Manage delinquent accounts and work towards reducing non-performing loans.

Ensure compliance with banking regulations and legal guidelines.
-
Resolve customer disputes and provide payment-related support.
-
Maintain accurate records of collection activities and communication logs.
-
Collaborate with legal and customer service teams for complex cases.
-
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from an HEC-recognized institution.

Age: Up to 35 years as of July 29, 2025.

Experience: Relevant banking or non-banking experience. Preference given to candidates with consumer banking or Microfinance collection/recovery experience.
