Position: Officer Field Collections (One Year Renewable Contract)

Location: Countrywide

Job Summary & Major Responsibilities:

  • Contact debtors via calls, emails, and visits to recover overdue payments.

  • Negotiate payment arrangements and settlement plans to ensure timely debt recovery.

  • Manage delinquent accounts and work towards reducing non-performing loans.

  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations and legal guidelines.

  • Resolve customer disputes and provide payment-related support.

  • Maintain accurate records of collection activities and communication logs.

  • Collaborate with legal and customer service teams for complex cases.

  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from an HEC-recognized institution.

  • Age: Up to 35 years as of July 29, 2025.

  • Experience: Relevant banking or non-banking experience. Preference given to candidates with consumer banking or Microfinance collection/recovery experience.
