REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL OF AUDITS OF KHYBER PAKHTUNKHWA MEDICAL TEACHING INSTITUTIONS (MTIs)
The Health Policy Board of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa would like to invite Requests for Proposal from reputed companies for the 3rd party audit of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s 10 MTIs (LRH, KTH, HMC, PIC, Nowshera, Mardan, Swabi, Abbottabad, Bannu and Di Khan).

The Pre-Bid meeting Date will be held as 22/07/2025 at 11:00 AM in the office of Secretary Policy Board (Committee Room Admin Block Lady Reading Hospital Peshawar).

Sealed Bids are invited for submission of Request for Proposals RFP for Policy Board KPK. Tender should reach to the office of the undersigned on or before 04/08/2025 at 11:00 AM which will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in presence of bidders or their representatives at the office of Secretary Policy Board (Committee Room Lady Reading Hospital Peshawar).

The Bid Security in the Shape of CDR equal to the Rs 500,000 in the Favor of Policy Board Fund Account – Bank of Khyber (PK40 KHYB 01119 0030 0384 3946) must be attached in the Financial Envelope.

KPRA is Mandatory.
SCOPE : TO INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE ITEMS LISTED BELOW. THE FINAL SCOPE TO BE DISCUSSED AND FINALISED WITH THE POLICY BOARD. THE AUDIT TO COVER THE FISCAL YEARS 2022/2023, 2023/2024, 2024/2025.
Financial Audit

Review of annual financial statements (Balance Sheets, Statements of Financial Expenditure and Receipts etc.).

Audit of all financial processes and of all commercial bank accounts against the MTIR law of 2015 as subsequently amended, and the rules and regulations.
Procurement Audit

A review of procurements done and processes followed, under the MTI law, rules and regulations.
