Available Positions

1. Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Role Overview:
As a key member of the executive team, the CFO will drive financial strategy, ensure compliance, and optimize resources for sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop financial strategies aligned with organizational goals

  • Oversee budgeting, accounting, and regulatory compliance (SECP/IAS/IFRS)

  • Conduct financial analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities

  • Manage risk assessment and audit processes

Qualifications:

  • Professional accounting qualification (5+ years experience) OR

  • Master’s in Finance/Business (10+ years senior-level experience)

2. Company Secretary (CS)

Role Overview:
The CS will ensure corporate governance compliance and serve as the organization’s legal guide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with Companies Act 2017 and other statutes

  • Maintain corporate records and facilitate governance

  • Provide legal guidance on policies and decisions

  • Liaise with regulators and auditors

Qualifications:

  • Professional accounting/secretarial qualification OR

  • Master’s in Business Administration/Law (5+ years experience)
