QESCO E-TENDER NOTICE
QESCO invites E-bids from the Manufacturers / Suppliers for supply & repair of various capacities of Distribution Transformers & providing the allied material laying at Executive Engineer Operation Division QESCO Nushki from the WAPDA /PPMC/NTDC/DISCOs approved manufacturers/Firms/ Supplier, duly Registered with PPRA, EPADS, and FBR on single stage single-envelope basis.
Name of Works:
Repair of various Distribution Transformers
Detail of work is as under:
(a) Manufacturing & Supply of HT/LT Coils for Various capacity Transformers.
(b) Repairing of LT Coils.
(c) Providing the allied materials for Distribution Transformers i.e HT bushes, LT bushes, HT/LT connectors, Arcking Horn, HT Rod complete, HT Flange, copper Cap, Gaskets and Miscellaneous consumable material etc.
(d) Top up of Oil level.
Eligibility of Contractor:
The contractor should be registered with PEC and having Specialization Code ME-05. The vendors shall be registered with DISCOs/QESCO under Category M-1(iv).
Earnest Money:
Tender must be accompanied by the earnest money equal to Rs 250,000/- valid for 150 days from the date of opening of tender, in the form of a CDR/ Bank Guarantee (Original Instrument) / from any scheduled bank of Pakistan, made out in favor of Executive Engineer Operation Div QESCO Nushki & must reach to the office of Executive Engineer Operation Division QESCO Nushki on or before 03:00 P.M on 25.07.2025 failing which the bid(s) shall be considered non responsive and rejected.

Rs 3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand only) non-refundable.

Will be received on 05-08-2025 till 12:00 PM and will be opened on the same day at 03:30 PM in the Office of Executive Engineer Operation Division QESCO Nushki.

The vendors shall be registered with DISCOs/QESCO under Category M-1(iv).

Tender Forms will be issued after verification/checking of Workshops nominated by the contractor.

The firm must have HT/LT Coils Manufacturing Machines with Three Phase Motors as per WAPDA Standard & Specification.

The firm must have experience of 03 years Coil manufacturing experience certificate should enclose.
The Bidding Authority reserves the right for rejection and cancellation of all bids/proposals with assigning reasons as per PPRA Rules. This tender is also available on PPRA & QESCO websites.
